Wellness At Your Fingertips is committed to making a real positive difference in our clients’ lives.  In order to get the full benefit, they would need to make it a “habit” in their lives and practice EFT to substantially reduce and/or eliminate emotional and physical issues.

If someone practices a new pattern for at least 21-30 days, it will become a new habit.  This is the purpose for the structure of our programs.
